I’m going to post this picture because it’s probably the only healthy meal I had the whole trip. Hah.

Salmon with pesto, couscous, salad, cucumbers...and ONE chicken nugget.

Although I did manage to make it to the gym while on vacation, so at least there’s that!

This was actually the most disappointing meal I had during our excursion…but more on that tomorrow. I will end this by saying that I CANNOT wait to get back on track with healthy eating!
