Then try this move out the next time you’re at the gym:

It’s some kind of burpee-chinup hybrid dealie. Sure gets the job done! Wish I could have gotten better footage of it, but my camera died right when I turned it on, so we had to resort to using my phone.

Anyway, have a great weekend!

    • If you practice it, you can do it! I think lots of women are intimidated by chin-ups, but like anything else, all it takes is a little determination and patience 🙂

  1. Holy shit, you are amazing. AMAZING.

I spent several months this year trying to make headway on the pull-up/chin-up front and it was so insanely hard that I eventually gave up. 🙁 I’ve heard that maybe it’s harder for taller people to do them? Or maybe I just made that up to give me an excuse for not being able to do them, lol.

    • Thank you!

And it may be harder for taller people to do them because well, there’s more weight for you to pull. I hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way, but taller people tend to weigh more so that does make it more difficult. And I’m not sure if having long limbs is much of a factor, but I think it might be. Like with squats, people who have shorter legs are usually better at them because there’s less distance to cover. The same might be true with arm length and chins.

  2. Holy crap. Incredible. I have a pull-up bar in my room and I am going to try this tonight. I bet I can do at least three… 🙂
