I’ve actually taken allergy shots before, but I just couldn’t keep up with the frequency. Also, five years is a long time to complete the treatment.

Just watched you’re video. I liked it because it wasn’t weird or creepy.

You’re not the only one. I do a cardio/ab workout at home naked. It helps to look at your target area. Talk about motivation!!

Anyone else out there want to talk about this? It reassures me to see that I’m not the only one like Allie.

I started taking ACV today but for blood sugar issues. I will say that Im hopeful that it will also help my sinuses I cant sleep at night its been about 3 weeks since my sinuses started acting up but I go through this every spring I got to tell you it is miserable so thanks for the tip

I workout naked all the time at home. Unless it is a rigorous cardio workout then I wear tight underwear to keep my junk together. I love it- it always feels great. Thanks for the post!
