I started going to the gym on my own and very quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. I could easily do cardio but the weightlifting was really intimidating. I contacted Allie and she came with me to my gym and showed me how to do a weightlifting routine that I could easily do on my own. Allie is a really great instructor and knows how to describe exercises and techniques that beginners like me can follow. I definitely felt motivated to keep going and I would recommend her to anyone trying to get in shape.
